Q2: What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS (including Ground Advantage). Final carrier may vary based on your order.

Q3: How much is shipping?
Shipping costs and any promotions (e.g., free shipping to select regions) are shown at checkout and on our Deliveries & Returns page.

Q4: How long will my order take to ship?
Processing is typically 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on the carrier/service selected at checkout.

Q5: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes—orders shipped via USPS can be delivered to P.O. Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses.

Q6: How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also track anytime under My Account → Orders.

Q8: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us ASAP via the Contact page with your order number.

Q9: My item arrived damaged/incorrect. What should I do?
Reach out through Contact with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right.

Q10: How should I care for my wig storage products?

Q11: Are your products handmade?
Select items are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations are normal and part of their unique character—details are listed on each product page.

Q12: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Q13: Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

Q14: How do I use a promo code?
Enter your code in the “Coupon/Promo Code” box at checkout before paying. One code per order unless otherwise noted.

Q15: Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but creating an account lets you view order history and tracking at My Account.
