  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or tampered items.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos or videos showing the damage, and we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you received an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item as soon as possible.
