Welcome to Too Tight Du (“Too Tight Du,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using TooTightDu.com (the “Site”), purchasing our products, or interacting with our content, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1) Who we are

2) Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 or have parental permission to use the Site. You’re responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3) Purchases, pricing & taxes
Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or product availability).
4) Shipping & delivery
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days; carrier transit times vary and are estimates, not guarantees. See Deliveries & Returns for details.
5) Returns & refunds
Returns are subject to our policy on Deliveries & Returns. Certain items—including digital downloads, gift cards, and final-sale/clearance items—are not returnable.
6) Digital products license
Digital guides, templates, and downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.
7) Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product names, photos, and downloads—is owned by Too Tight Du or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8) Acceptable use
Don’t use the Site to: (a) break the law, (b) infringe others’ rights, (c) attempt to access systems without authorization, (d) upload malicious code, or (e) engage in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior.
9) User reviews & submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Too Tight Du a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.
10) Third-party links & tools
We may link to third-party sites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
11) Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content/products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk.
12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Too Tight Du and our officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue arising from your use of the Site or products.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Too Tight Du harmless from claims or demands arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
16) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in Texas.
